Ludski Autobody

Ludski Autobody Repairers is a 100% black – owned BEE company which was started by Mr Joseph Ludski in 1970. The business is also structured to operate under the auspices and rules of good corporate governance. Joseph Ludski operated for many years as a sole proprietor until 2005. During this time he was joined by his sons firstly on the floor and then into the management of the new close corporation company, Ludski Autobody Repairers Registration number 2005/039255/23 in April. It is currently located in Claude Street, Athlone Industria 1.

Funding at present is made by the shareholders of the company.

Ludski Autobody Repairers occupies a unique and strategic position within the MBR sector because it performs a leadership function for previously-marginalised panel shops and towing companies. The shareholders have embarked on this planning process to demonstrate their vision for their company, within the overall context of Black- empowerment in the MBR sector.
