Mr. Eddie Emmanuel founded the company on 21 May 1970, having the foresight to become one of the few Heavy Commercial Repairers in South Africa. Together with his son, Peter, they developed the ground-roots of the company with the same values that we still uphold today.
In 2005 the company was restructured and became a black owned enterprise and in 2020 celebrated being in business for 50 years.
The current shareholders include Mr. Ravi Chetty (Director), Mr. Delville Reynolds (Managing Director), Mr. Patrick Naidoo and Mr. Jason Heather.
