Graham’s Spray Works and Auto Body Repairs started in 1952. This was the year that Manfred’s life took three major changes, moving to Paarl from Somerset West, getting married to Yvonne and starting his own business.
Prior to moving to Paarl, Manfred after leaving the SA Navy in 1947 started as an Apprentice Motor Mechanic working for Henry Morkel in Somerset West, but his passion lay in Panel Beating and soon changed his Apprenticeship to follow his dream, qualifying as a Panelbeater and Spray Painter in 1952,
